Feallan felt the curious eyes of one of the students glance his direction. He turned to her, and gave her his most charming smile. He might have approached her and even may have asked her to dance if he hadn't felt the choosen student step within his range. He kept the glance to the student, Noelle as a short one, but long enough that she might blush.
He looked through the crowd and found Julie. He bobbed and weaved his way through the crowd and around dancing couples. He let the chill of the air fade, but kept the smell of an autumn breeze linger around him. He didn't want to overwhelm his nature.
He made his way to Julie and stopped before her. Maintaining a perfect composure and posture, he lowered himself on one knee and held out his hand, palm up, for Julie's hand. From his position he said, "Had I known that I would be before such beauty's grace, I would have arrived hours ago."

Julie panicked when the boy came walking in her direction. She would have run away, but just like her eyes, her entire body seemed to be paralised. She watched stunned as he kneeled in front of her and lift his hand. He was definitely talking to her. He was talking to her in a solemn manner on one knee.
What was going on there?!
Was that part of the "lolita school pack"? Having prince like students come over and say charming things at balls? That was the only explanation Julie could come up with, as nobody had ever showed interest in inviting her to dance.
Whatever it was, he had completely captivated her. She held his hand, still with a bit of a confused expression on her face. Although Julie was sure she had never seen him, the boy somehow looked... familiar. The touch of his hand felt so safe and comfortable... It was the same feeling she'd have when a cool breeze blowed in a hot day, announcing that summer was ending, so she unconsciously murmured: "Autumn...".

Feallan recieved her hand and raised it to his lips. He planted a gentle kiss upon it. He looked up, met her eyes and rose. His eyes pierced through her to hold her eyes. He looked at her with complete admiration. It was hard not to, she would be the first to come that would save them.
"Yes, Autumn is the most magical time of the year. It is the season in which life thrives and is ready for it to be plucked. The harvest was once a time of celebration, when the world stopped to honor it. And you, I would ask that you grand me the honor by dancing with me tonight."

Julie was enchanted by the boy's acts. She never imagined that such things could happen in real life. Maybe she was in a fairy tale... But she would never know, as her eyes were too busy contemplating him, and wouldn't look around to check if something was different.
Thinking that it might be rude, and afraid that it might break a rule of the fairy tale, Julie didn't ask who he was. She simply shook her head positively and added "Sure, it would be a pleasure to dance with you", with a small smile on her face.

Noelle was shocked when the young man seemed to stare at her back, and even smiled, as if he'd already met her before. Again, she felt the same feeling as she'd had by the lake, this boy seemed to emit that same ethereal feeling. She blushed bright red and turned her face away. "I probably look like such a dork." she thought.
Looking back, she noticed the young man with Julie. Just the person she'd been looking for. Suddenly, the boy took the girl's hand and asked her to dance. Julie had the same dreamy look on her face as she had by the lake. Not wanting to disturb the couple, she slipped back into the crowd. She was inquisitive to find out about this boy, but she could ask Julie about it later.

Ludvig has enteredLudvig made his way back into the Yule banquet with Vivian along side him. He had no intention of checking on the punch bowl situation. He had just done his main duty, transporting a student and treating her for her ailments. He was intitled to some fun. He touched a pin on his shirt, the intricately crafted owl was something that hadn't been there when he left. The thought of it filled him with joy. His face flushed with color. Tonight would be a game changer. What he was about to do would change everything for good for for bad. He didn't care. He saw Julie, holding the hand of a young student he didn't recognize. The boy regarded him with a curious raise of the eyebrow. That was odd. It gave just enough break for him to slip in a word to Julie. "Miss Julie, it vould honor me if you vould permit me to dance vith you later. I vould like to dance vith each of my nurses at least once." She seemed taken in by the student she was with, so he let her answer slip by unheard for now. He would approach her again later. Now, pretense out of the way, he turned to face Vivian. "Vould you honor me vith this dance?" As if on cue for his words, a waltz song started to play.

Feallan led Julie across the dance floor. From the door, he saw something interesting. A teacher and a student moved in the same direction as they. The two beamed with emotions for each other. It was a close bond, but one held by a level of secret. There was something else, more than the emotional attachment that was inappropriate. There was something vaguely familiar about the teacher. Feallan would have to ask about this later. The teacher approached Julie and asked her for a dance. So this must be the Dr. Ludvig von Bakken he had heard about. That would be the connection. His mother had sought them out years ago. He wondered what Dr. Ludvig knew about his mother, likely very little. "I think this next song would be a perfect choice for us to dance to," he said pushing the thoughts aside for now. He took a closed box position with Julie and was ready to begin the waltz before a waltz song had even started to play.

-Vivian- enters the area
Vivian had entered the smae time as Ludvig, rigth behind him infact. Noticing he expression on Julie's face she grew a bit worried glancing at her partner. The boy actually looked very nice but there was something about him that she felt was strange. He looked almost too perfect.
Shrugging the feeling of she accepted Ludvig's offer for dance. "Of course sir." The waltz that was strating sounded quite lovely. Vivain took his hand and smiled.

Ludvig assumed a closed box position. He was stiff, he knew it. He knew the position very well and could dance at a surprisingly high level for waltz dances. However, while he could perform any step as if he were a professional, he never had felt the act of dancing get to him. His training had been that the lead always looks past his partner to see the area behind him. However, he was here to dance with Vivian, and he wanted to enjoy this.
He looked at her eyes and smiled. Her gaze melted something in him. He felt, well he didn't know what to describe this as. It was a good sensation, whatever it was. He loosened up, relaxed his position, but still managed to maintain his proper form. And then he began to dance. He was careful at first, starting the counter-clockwise dance around the floor. He hadn't thought to ask Vivian her level of skill before hand. He started with basic steps and simple turns for now to see how comfortable she was with following his lead.

Vivian fell quite easily to his lead. Her style of dancing still seemed to lack warmth but her manouveres were growing warmer. Wlatz was quite easy for her. After all she had learned it as a child from her mother and had long practiced it. The steps came to her feet automaticly as they went on.
She gave a quick glance to Ludvigs eyes and thanked the lord for anemia for once in her life. She wasn't blushing and blowing their cover completely. She felt that there was so much she wanted to tell him. But not tonigth. This nigth was enchanted. In the magic would break if she said anything rigth now.
