Vivian enters the areaVivian had been fixing her hair. It has this since of knowing when it was most annoying not to work togehter with the hands of their grower. Finally she had made them in to a beuatiful curls and added a tiara <---Click that) to make the look more formal. There was a tinyt touch of red lipstick on her lips The corset she wore under the dress actually gave her some actual breasts insteads her normally quite flat figure. She gazed around the room looking for OJ. If she was goign to go through with this at least now she looked the part. Her earrings ticled her chheks when she turned her head around.

OJ almost didn't recognize her. Vivian looked like a dream. Her blonde hair, while normally straight, was curled prettily, and whatever she'd done to her body to give it that shape was great! Seeing her calmed him down instantly; he could always be a bit more relaxed when he had a friend with him. He approached her with a smile. Up close she looked even better. Was that lipstick on her lips?
"Vivian!" he greeted as he drew closer to the blonde girl. "You look fantastic." He held out his arm for her to take. "Black and red. We match, just like we planned," he said with a grin and a wink. "Shall we go in?"

Vivian took OJ's arm and smiled. "My hair wasn't co-operating so it took me some time. I'm sorry I had to make you wait." Vivian studied his clothes and nodded. "You look very handsome. I think you will have no problems finding a dance partner if I should rest a while." The red shirt complimented OJ's complexion very nicely. Vivian smiled and adjusted her necklace a bit. Now she was sure that everything was in it's rightful place.
A bit of excitement took over her. She loved ball's and this was the first time she was going with someone. She knew it wasn't the one he wanted to go with but thought to herself that this was probably the next best thing. OJ was her friend, a very good friend after all.

Julie enters the areaJulie was so excited about being able to wear her favorite dress that hadn't even remembered how much she disliked parties. It wasn't so much for the music itself, but rather all the drunk adolescents making out with everybody. Dis. gus. ting. Well, at least, that's how parties usually went in Brazil. That's why Julie's surprise when she arrived at the dance floor was immeasurable. She saw two elegant couples and a man walking around. Maybe he was a teacher, checking if everything was allright. Oh, how she LOVED that school! After staring a little, she recognized Vivian with OJ. Vivian was so beautiful! Everybody was looking amazing, but Julie already admired Vivian as if she was her older sister or something. She put on her serious face to imagine and wander: "Oh, it would be great if Junjun was here... We would certainly be dancing!". Until she remembered about his girlfriend, and the serious expression turned into a sorrowed one.

Vivian instantly spotted Julie. She was looking so adorable. "OJ. Excuse me for a moment. I wnat to say hi to Julie." she said releazing Andrew's hand. Then she stepped toward Julie taking mental notes of her co-ordinate. She was looking so lovely.
"Hi Julie. I love your dress." She said having a hint of smile in her face. "It's so festive."

OJ couldn't help but blush a bit. He'd be able to find a dance partner, huh? An idea started to float through his head. Maybe he could ask Miss Junko for a dance? Was that allowed? OJ could think of no reason why it shouldn't be allowed. Just because she was a teacher didn't mean she didn't want to dance. A teacher and a student could share one dance, right? It would be an expression of his... appreciation to her. Sure, it wouldn't be the same as if she were his date, but at least they could have some romantic time together tonight.
He was so caught up in his epiphany that he didn't notice Vivian slip off his arm. OJ was playing it out all in his head. He'd ask for Junko to join him for one dance. He'd sweep her out onto the balcony. And then, when no one was watching...
A huge grin broke out on OJ's face. He turned to look for his date tonight. Vivian was speaking with Julie, dressed in all black with a fur stole. "Julie," he said cheerfully. "You look gorgeous tonight."

Julie was relieved to hear her friends' voices, that took her away from the homesickness. She smiled warmly at them, "Thank you! You two look so elegant! I love you hair and you tiara, Vivian. And this style really suits you, OJ", she complimented, remembering OJ saying that he would wear a dress. She was glad he didn't. Even as just a joke, that image was a little disturbing...
"I didn't know you two were a couple!", how hadn't she noticed before? But thinking about it, that did make sense, considering that day in the Biology class... "Please, don't bother me, go dance if you'd like to". Julie was used to being the wallflower. And she had heard that there was food at the ball. The worst thing that could happen was having an indigestion for eating too much. And, well, that really wasn't such a bad thing.

Hecate enters the area. Hecate looked around, in awe of the large dance floor. holy cow! It's huge! You could live in here, it's that big... The hem of Hecate's black dress brushed the flood lightly while the thin silver bangels on her wrists clinked softly. Hecate bit her lip as remorse and sorrow washed over her. It feels like everyone and their mother has a love life damn it! And mine's compleatly dead. My social life too. I wish something exciting would happen... ANYTHING!!! Tears of frustration and homesickness filled her eyes. I want to go home...Little by little, the fear and pain and trauma of the whole ordeal with the cult had been falling away thatnks to Kaz's help and her own decisions. But as the isse left her, she began to feel more and more out of place in Mille-Feullie. Maybe I should have just moved to DC or something... at least I wouldn't feel so out of place. Hecate wandered around the edge of the floor until she found a chain and sat in it. She then leaned her chin on her hands, which were braced on her knees. This dance is gonna suck.

Noelle enters the area. Noelle looked around and saw that the dance was already well underway, most people had their partners. She did feel ever so slightly jealous of them; she had no-one to dance with, and it would have been perfect, especially on this night, to have at least a touch of romance. "What am I thinking?", she said in her mind. "I can't get involved with anyone. Can't..." Not after last summer.Noelle tried to erase that thought from her mind. "It's in the past. And that's where it's staying.", she thought. "It's not going to affect me any more." Walking up closer to the dance floor, she noticed Hecate sitting by herself, with an anxious look on her face. Maybe even a sad look. Noelle, having hoped that everyone would be having fun, decided to at least attempt to cheer up her roommate. She adjusted the corsage on her co-ord and walked up to Hecate. "Hey Hecate. Haven't seen you around in a while. Are you okay?"

Hecate glanced up and saw Noelle walking towards her. I really don't want to deal with anyone. Should have gone to the balconey for that. "Hi Noelle." she said flatly, not in the mood to socialize. "You look nice." And she did, but for some reason, Hecate felt very detatched as she said it. there was really no feeling in her voice on body movments. "I'm just feeling a bit anti-social is all. If you'll excuse me..." Hecate got up and walked silently towards the balcony.
