A pale hand reached out from the safety of his pockets to fiddle with some of the ornamentation placed on the center of the table- his lithe fingers picking up the silver card holder to twirl it expertly around as he listened to her words. His dark eyes stayed focused lightly on the area above her head- giving the impression of gazing at her without the added awkwardness of constant eye contact. As his hands played with the cold metal his mind toyed with the information she gave him- mulling over all of the places this girl wanted to visit. Most of them he'd been to on some sort of vacation or business trip- all except Finland, where his father had no business contacts.
These thoughts expressed themselves verbally as he responded to her last statement, "Oh- I've seen lots I suppose. Germany was an intriguing place, but far too cold for my standards." A shiver punctuated his thoughts, "Rome is beautiful but the people tend to be rather... boisterous." Shrugging this off he turned his gaze to the instrument in his hand as he flipped it lightly in the air and caught it once more, "Americans are the same- although they'd like to think differently." Dark eyes turned back to her as he added, "I've yet to visit Finland- but who knows what the future will bring?"
