height , five feet, four inches.
weight , 116 pounds.
tattoos and piercings , none yet.
best feature , Violet's black hair is naturally straight and the perfect thickness. It is the kind of hair that makes people with curly or slightly curly hair jealous.
general , Violet and her sister are mirror images of each other. They checked. Every detail, from the tiniest mole on the inside of their elbow to the dimples in their soft, square cheeks are the same. Their eyes, green in color look almost like emeralds in brightness when contrasted to the flush tones they radiate on their fair skin. The two are thin and short. Their mother had hoped that another growth spurt might come, but Violet and her sister are happy the way they are. They are distinct to the world despite being completely identical. It also works well for Violet, the dancer build of thin, fair, and short makes her perfect for her dreams. Nor does she give off the slightest complaint about her hair, black, long and straight which requires very little work to maintain. Even when her coordinate requires styling, it has always been easy to manage.
playby , Lisa Origliasso

likes , dancing, pandas, autumn, cucumber rolls, any music used for the ballroom style of dance (waltz, rumba, mambo, etc), and recently an interest in French architecture,
dislikes , cooking, sewing
strengths , Violet and dance lead and follow, has a natural ability to follow a rhythm, and picks up languages quickly
weaknesses , Violet's biggest weakness comes from the fact that she is completely identical with her sister to the point that she has felt the emotions that her sister has experienced. She has other personal weaknesses, particularly her curiosity, but because she refuses to ever correct anyone that they have the wrong sister, this creates a lot of complicated and embarrassing social moments.
fears , Violet fears losing her sister, hurting her sister's feelings, falling into her sister's shadow, and not being able to teach dance professionally when she grows up.
quirks , Violet is extremely curious. She is also easily embarrassed.
secrets , Violet has a twin sister. This may not seem like a secret, but the school had a mix-up in the records and only admitted one of the twins. Violet and her sister (the name will be Valerie unless someone wants to play the sister and prefers a different name)
how , Violet didn't discover the style. Her sister did. Violet and her sister always shared the same wardrobe since they were kids. One day, Violet was at home reading when her sister returned from a shopping trip with her parents. Her sister, hid her purchase until she emerged changed into what would be their first coordinate. Violet was initially wary of this style until she tried the coordinate on for herself. She found that the lolita style felt right when she put it on.
When Violet and her sister and Violet started taking dancing lessons together, Violet found that the lolita style fit in perfectly with the passion of dancing. Violet began experimenting on her own, buying different brands and trying them on with her dancing. It almost became a game to her, trying to find the right coordinate to match different dances and dance styles. She was finding herself enjoying the design of the choreography for the coordinates and songs as she did wearing the outfit.
Recently, the choice of wearing lolita has stopped becoming an option. When the Milli-feuille Academy messed up the applications for the school, Violet and her sister had to come to an agreement. Violet agreed to fully emerse herself into the lolita style and her sister would allow Violet to attend all of the dance classes at the school instead of spliting the classes between them. This was seen as an easy compromise as Violet had no problem going full-time lolita and her sister had no problem giving up the dance classes. The only complication that has arisen from this is that Violet and her sister don't always agree on which styles to wear and doubling up the number of outfits so that both sisters were wearing the same coordinate everyday has been expensive.
general , Violet is an easy going individual who is both curious and shy. She likes to be in groups and interact with close friends, but often times in groups, she sits back and remains relatively quiet. For anyone who eventually learns the truth about Violet's twin sister, this will be the easiest way to distinguish them apart. Violet is the quiet one and her sister is more vocal in groups of people.
Violet curiosity and her passion for things are another matter entirely. Violet loves to check out things and explore. This has led her to situations where she has caused problems for both her, and her sister. When Violet finds something that she enjoys, she becomes very passionate about it. This has best been demonstrated by her love for dance. When she and her sister first started learning, Violet was made to be the lead in most of the practices because the teacher could not tell them apart. Violet learned to lead, but wanted to follow and so taught herself. Now, Violet finds that she can both lead and follow, one of the necessary skills to become a dance instructor. She is now seeking to do this professionally after finishing up her years at Milli-feuille Academy.
Violet also has a tiny bit of rebellion in her. She and her sister have always done things in the past to mess with others by pretending to be each other. Violet has recently started doing more subtle acts to cause minor trouble for her sister. Violet might have a personal conversation with someone pretending to be her sister. She has done nothing as outlandish as try and make her sister's life difficult, though. That happens enough on its own.

hometown , Paris, France.
family , Violet's parents are Francis and Marie Pearson. Violet has a twin sister and a young brother only three years old, Andre.
pets , no pets
best memory , Violet and her sister once attended a professional dance show. They watched professional dancers moving about the floor displaying one dance after another. Violet was captivated, in particular, by one dancer who led a beautifully choregraphed Foxtrot near the start of the production. While watching the show, her sister disappeared, found the dancer and asked him if he would dance with her. She convinced the dancer after some insistance and he agreed to find her after the show. When the show was ended, Violet's sister hid. The professional dancer, found Violet, mistaking her for her sister, and invited her onto the floor. Violet had no idea that this was coming and had the most magical moment in her life. After, her sister revealed she had staged the entire thing.
worst memory , The worst memory was a recent one, it was when Violet's sister called for Violet to find out why her acceptance package had not arrived and that they learned that they had mistaken it as a duplicate application and thrown it out.
history , Violet and her sister were born less than a minute apart in a hospital in downtown Paris. Violet was born the younger of the two, but otherwise was no different than her sister. They grew up in Paris, attending private schools and private tutors as the daughters of well off parents. As they grew older, Violet and her sister found their passions in similar, but no identical lines of elogance and style.
The two siblings, had always been inseperable and considered every possible school in Western Europe to go together. They spent countless hours over months finding the perfect school for the two of them to attend. That school, they decided, was Mille-feuille. They filled out the applications and sent them off in the same envelope. Eagerly they waited the return of the applications. Only one arrived. It was for Violet's sister and proudly announced that the application had been accepted. For a week, they waited for Violet's application to return, it didn't. They called and found out that they had assumed that the second application was sent in error as it was as identical as they were twins.
It was past the deadline for applications and Violet and her sister had a choice. They could be seperated for the first time in their life, or they could pretend to be one person and attend the school together. Being the wild, trouble making twins that they are, they agreed to pretend to be Violet's sister. Each made a concession in the process. Violet agreed to go completely with the wardrobe her sister picked out as it was related to her passion, her sister agreed to allow Violet to handle all of the dance classes. Now, all that remained was joining the school and convincing their roommate to keep the secret, less they both be expelled.

sample post ,
Violet pulled out the packet on Mille-feuille Academy. Her application was still out there, waiting to be filled. Her sister's acceptance had come in yesterday. Would hers come in today? She hoped so. She flipped through the packet slowly. It wasn't necessary to use such care, the page had been opened so often, the packet fell to that page everytime she opened it. Still, she liked the slow anticipation as she flipped past photos of smiling faces, lists of programs offered, and maps of facilities. Finally she reached the page on the Mille-feuille dance studio. She had read over the information on the instructors, classes offered, and history enough times to have memorized it. This was where she would go from ameture to professional dancer. She would learn to dance and how to teach how to dance. Someday, Violet would start her own school of dance.
"Excited about starting school, V?"
Violet looked up at her mom and smiled. She mistook them all the time, it was no longer a surprise that her mother didn't even try and guess which was which anymore. V was the safe nickname that she always used.
"I can't wait!" Violet said.
Her mom informed her that lunch would be ready in fifteen minutes and asked her to pass along word to her sister. Violet waited until her mom had wandered off before she turned back to the packet. She read the information again, just to remind herself of how wonderful it would be. She ran her fingers over the glossy page picturing the dance floor and imagined what it would feel like beneath her feet as she twirled about.
Her sister found her a few minutes later. Violet had known she was coming before she heard the footsteps. She knew before her sister had arrived that it was bad news. Sometimes, not always, but sometimes she could tell what her sister was feeling even if they were miles apart. Her sister brought bad news.
"It didn't come," her sister said as she entered the room. Violet nodded her head slowly with understanding.

but they're not ours. and, lastly,
don't stretch the board.
