LAST UPDATE: 25 February 2011
Third Floor, Music Hall, "A Night at the Opera" (EXITED)
I found the music hall. Something lovely is going on in here.
---
First Floor, Boy's Dorm Rooms, "DORM 4" (CLOSED)
Met: Lucas Albion, Aaron Wright
I finally went into my dormitory. It is empty. But it still manages to seem an awkward place. For me, at least.
Met my two room mates. Seems like we are all musicians. Though, I shan't get my hopes too high, for I feel that they have a particular taste in music of which I am not fond. I hope that by chance, I will not have to endure their music. Or that I might grow immune to it. Though it is unlikely. I think I shall go quite mad!
It seems Lucas also plays the piano and the guitar. At least it is an acoustic guitar. He mentions a "band" - no doubt one of those whimsical "rock bands"... Nevertheless, a musician is better than none at all.
---
Third Floor, Dance Hall, "Practise makes perfect"
Met: Rowan Hall, Ageha Kuruizaki
Thought I'd take a quiet little look at some of my other classrooms. Especially the dreaded Dance Hall. I fell in and stupidly asked if it was the Music Hall. It was quite a pathetic cover up. I knew exactly where the Music Hall was. The only other place I dread more than or equally to the Dance Hall would be the bathrooms. I am sure they have separate cubicle for showers, but what of the change rooms? I must investigate further for I do not want to find it a surprise when I am half dressed!
There were two girls in the Dance Hall. I believe both are older than me, an Ageha of Japanese descent and a dancer, I think, named Rowan. Ageha seems awkward like me and Rowan has offered to help us before classes! I am ever so glad!
---
Sixth Floor, Sitting Room, "Let's See Who Rolls the Dice"
Met: Kardynalka Huntington
Just going to the reading room to listen and write down the piece in my head. Seems there's no empty rooms anywhere.
My room mate Aaron has turned up. I am utterly surprised that he remembers me! To tell the truth, I don't think I am at all a memorable person - I am quite dull and here, at this school, my dullness seems to have been accentuated. Dull but I'm quite sure, amongst all these people in their fantastic dress, I am too noticeable. I do hope I can learn to fit in for I do not want too many questions or conversation with others.
We were playing a game. Two Truths and a Lie. I managed to get Aaron's lie correct, but Kardy's is truly difficult. I shan't get this one right, I just know I shan't. I can only hope that my truths and lies will be able to make up for my lost point in this round!
---
Ground Floor, Dining Hall, "Weekend Brunch" (EXITED)
Met: James Redd, Vivian Thornfield
Breakfast. There was a lot of food! And I was famished. Imagine if father saw this! I'm sure I would have had such a scholding. I met a couple of lovely people, a James and a Vivian - both of which are pianists in their own rights. After brunch, I will have a ramble through the as-of-yet unfamiliar grounds.
---
Ground Floor, Dining Hall Event Area, "Table Two"
Met: Viljo Tawast, Caitlyn Harrison
Oh dear, what on Earth made me sign up for this? I guess I'm trying to know people, completely against my own resolution. Impossible. Simply impossible to remain alone.
---
Ground Floor, Dining Hall Event Area, "Refreshments & Snacks" (EXITED)
Food! Oh my goodness! The food looks so lovely! Especially those syrupy puddings, and the sweet icing cakes, marzipan balls too, sugar biscuits and ...
---
Ground Floor, Library, "The Beginning of the Society"
Met: Noelle Forrester, Damien forrester
Would you look at that! A noisy little group of Doyle fans in the library! Oh, who would've guessed this? This calls for The Curious Nose!
---
Ground Floor, Library, "A Quiet Corner" (RESERVED)
A quiet place to read! Finally! And I found it in the library too, what luck! Ageha nearly tripped over me today. I'm sure she is feeling a little embarassed so I tried to loosen it up a little.
I wonder, am I coming across as a little more confident these days? Knowing people seems to make me more relaxed ...
---
Third Floor, Music Hall, "The Fundamentals of Music"
Met:
What a strange teacher! He sings to himself with eyes closed and takes no notice of students entering. Christian. I hope he doesn't share too much. He is really, very queer, indeed!
