"I mean the veil. it makes everything look a bit grim." She plucked it looking a tad annoyed. "It clouds my vision. But I suppose I have time to get used to it." Vivian shrugged her shoulders and smiled. The smile however was sort of sad. She actually seemed even more evasive than usually.

OJ blinked, but eventually smiled. Sometimes, he couldn't understand his little friend. She was incredibly private and illusive, and the words she said often had a double (or even a triple) meaning. What was he supposed to do with a personality like that? That's why he appreciated people like Damien. Sure, Damien wasn't the nicest person in the world, but at least he was forthcoming about his feelings and emotions.
"Vivian," OJ began, "You know you can always talk with me about anything. I owe you that much."

"I know." Vivan sighed deeply. "I just have to go trough everything before I can talk about this one." She fiddled with her cross again. "So many thing happened and I can't get them quite straigth in my head. It's a strange feeling." Her face was completely serious when she said this which made her look a bit older.

OJ grabbed her hand and squeezed it gently. He wanted her to know that he was there to support her, always. It was the least he could do. She'd held onto his secret for a while, even considering the events of this morning. "Whenever you're ready, Vivian. Just don't think that you're alone. I'll always be here for you."

Vivian smiled. "Thank you OJ. I will tell you when I'm ready. It's a promise." Then suddenly there was mischievous look in her eyes. "So how did it go with miss Junko?" she whispered.
